Matt Damon appears to have found a pied-a-terre in West Hollywood, CA.

The actor has reportedly shelled out $8,550,000 for a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment in a condo building designed by the firm Olson Kundig.

The star of “The Martian” has been busy dealing in the earthly world of real estate, reportedly buying a mansion with a pool, treehouse, and a pond on more than 13 acres in Bedford, NY, in July 2022 for $8.5 million. And he’s said to own a Brooklyn, NY, triplex, which he reportedly picked up in 2018 for $16,745,000.

Damon previously departed a lavish Los Angeles estate, which he sold for just under $18 million in 2021.

But this Los Angeles-area stunner will be a handy place for him to drop his bags and rest up when he’s filming in Hollywood.

The Hollywood Hills can be glimpsed from nearly every room here.

Imagine sliding open the glass walls of your home and instantly doubling your living space while relishing the gorgeous views? That’s exactly what’s on offer in this luxurious abode that the Olson Kundig design team has called a “love letter to Los Angeles.”

The terrace alone is 1,600 square feet and billed as the biggest and best in the condominium. This outdoor space flows seamlessly to the living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen, which is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele, and Gaggenau.

The main bedroom offers walk-in closets and a beautiful bathroom with an egg-shaped soaking tub. The second bedroom can function as a sleep space, home office, yoga studio, or small library. The building boasts LEED certification, meaning it meets certain efficiency and sustainable metrics.

As with many superposh condos, this building features lots of high-end amenities, including 24-concierge and valet parking, an on-site gym, a pool and spa, plus a newly opened restaurant called Stella right downstairs.

Damon’s body of work is vast and varied, ranging from “Good Will Hunting” and “The Talented Mr. Ripley” to “Ocean’s Eleven” and the beloved “Bourne” franchise.

Last year, Damon starred in “Oppenheimer,” which earned more than $950 million—one of the biggest-grossing biopics of all time.
