Atlanta homebuilder Deluxeton Homes has opened sales at Pepperpike Court, a new single-family community in Loganville.  

Engel & Völkers Atlanta will lead sales and marketing efforts for the 19 homes going up there. Nine floor plans offering between three and five bedrooms and 2.5 to four bathrooms are available with sizes ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet. Prices start in the low $400,000s.  

Interior features include Mohawk LVP flooring, ventilated shelving in all closets, Whirlpool electric appliances, programmable thermostats on each floor, insulated, low-energy windows and energy-efficient, LED disk lighting. All homes come with 10-year structural warranties.  

The community will have neighborhood green space, professional landscaping, a fully maintained community entrance and common areas, a managed homeowners’ association and sidewalk-lined streets. It’s located near the Grove at Towne Center, a 50,000-square-foot, mixed-use project opening this spring.
