Whitney Port, the star of the hit reality TV series “The Hills,” is seeking a tenant for her chic Studio City, CA, pad. She’s asking for $8,950 a month for the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property on a quarter-acre lot.
The Spanish Colonial stunner was built in 1939 and recently completely renovated. Original features remain, however, including stained-glass windows, wood beams, and a fireplace.
The TV personality, fashion designer, and podcaster purchased the adorable abode in 2020 for $1,250,000, according to public records.
Port owns two Studio City properties. She bought the other pad—which isn’t available for rent—with her husband, Tim Rosenman, in 2017 for $1.5 million.
The charming home is on a secluded street, yet it is close to restaurants, bars, and the Fryman Canyon trails.
The sun-drenched interiors include a large sunken living room, a chef’s kitchen, a dining space, and two bedrooms.
The kitchen features retro-style Smeg appliances, marble countertops, a creamy color palette, and outdoor access.
The bedrooms are spacious and include bay windows and French doors to the deck. There’s also a handy laundry area.
Outside, there’s a massive deck, a multilevel yard, fruit trees, and a two-car garage.
The home comes fully or partly furnished, and the lease is available for short- and long-term stays.
Port, 39, gained stardom after she was cast in the hit MTV reality series “The Hills,” alongside Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, and Audrina Partridge.
In 2008, she was given her own series, “The City,” which followed her move to New York City; it aired for two seasons. The Los Angeles native has a clothing line and hosts a podcast, “With Whit.”
