Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann recently purchased a $31.9 million Beverly Hills, CA, home fit for, well, a Hollywood couple.

The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom property was built in 1955 and has approximately 9,300 square feet of living space on nearly an acre lot.

The filmmaker and his actress wife have been busy recently with real estate. Last year, they sold their Los Angeles mansion for $27,000,000 in an off-market deal, according to Robb Report.

The couple reportedly bought the Beverly Hills estate from Guess co-founder Mauricio Marciano, who paid $35.5 million for the property in 2022.

It was listed for $39.9 million in January, which landed it on the Realtor.com® list of the most expensive homes of the week.

Steel and glass

The renovated residence features an open layout that seamlessly blends the indoors and the outdoors, thanks to automated steel and glass walls and skylights.

Standout details include vaulted ceilings, hand-combed limestone, plaster walls, and custom white oak millwork. Rare marble accents amp up the luxe factor.

Apatow, 56, has produced and directed many films, including “Knocked Up,” “Superbad,” and “Trainwreck.” Mann, 52, has starred in movies such as “This Is 40,” “George of the Jungle,” and the Apatow-directed “Knocked Up.” The two married in 1997 and have two children together.
