Now that Snapchat co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel and supermodel wife Miranda Kerr have settled into their $120 million spread in Los Angeles, they apparently have no need for some of their other mansions.

The 33-year-old tech billionaire has put two of his Southern California homes on the market. The news comes on the heels of Kerr listing a Malibu, CA, home for $4.5 million earlier this year.

Let’s have a look at the pair of pads Spiegel just listed.

Charming starter home

Situated in the upscale area of Brentwood, this property is said to be his first home purchase. At 24 years old, Spiegel was apparently still living with his dad in Pacific Palisades while running his company. But in 2014, he bought this nearby charmer for $3.3 million.

A decade later, the three-bedroom home can be yours for $4,950,000.

While it’s not exactly a megamansion, it has its perks. The Spanish-style abode, built in 1928, has been renovated. Plus, it’s nestled into a canyon and surrounded by gardens.

A gated courtyard leads to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and family room. Meanwhile, the primary suite has an en suite bath and a fireplace.

Outside, the central patio is outfitted with an open-air fireplace and a barbecue area.

Upgraded abode

In 2016, while dating his now-wife, the Los Angeles native upgraded to decidedly more lavish digs. Spiegel paid $12 million for a luxurious compound—also in the Brentwood neighborhood. It’s now on the market for $19,950,000.

Measuring more than 7,000 square feet, the six-bedroom residence from 1951 was designed by California architect Gerard Colcord. The place comes with a Hollywood pedigree: It’s said to have been owned by Harrison Ford at one point.

A long driveway, motor court, and courtyard create a dramatic entrance to an even more impressive home. The two-story, wood-paneled entrance leads to a living room and terrace. A formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen are nearby.

Upstairs, the primary retreat is decked out with two closets, a fireplace, and a balcony. And outside, a pool, pool house with a catering kitchen, and a two-story guesthouse are readymade for posh entertaining.

Spiegel co-founded the Snapchat app, which sends disappearing texts and photos. According to Forbes, he became a billionaire at the age of 25.
