Ashton Woods is set to bring two single-family-home communities online in Dawsonville: Creekside and East Harbor II at Chestatee. 

Homes in East Harbor II begin at $630,000 and come in floorplans ranging from 3,216 to 3,652 square feet. The community has an 18-hole golf course designed by Denis Griffiths Jr., golf club house with Heron Grille Restaurant and banquet facilities, private marina with boat slips, junior Olympic swimming pool and splash pad, tennis and pickleball courts and the Nightfire Lodge with full kitchen available for social gatherings. 

Homes in Creekside will start at $431,000 and come in five floorplans ranging from two-to-three stories and 2,447 to 3,779 square feet. The community offers public access to Lake Lanier with a boat launch at Toto Creek Park. 

Homes in both communities offer primary or guest suites on the main level, large laundry rooms, open-concept kitchens, flex rooms or loft space and two-car garages.
