Grammy winner Meghan Trainor, known for her hit songs “All About That Bass” and “Mother,” has found a buyer for her pretty pad in North Hollywood, CA.
The performer listed the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property for $2,395,000 last year, and it sold for the asking price, according to Realtor.com®.
The single-level farmhouse was built in 2016 in Valley Village, a popular Los Angeles neighborhood close to famous attractions such as the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood Bowl.
According to records, Trainor snatched up the 3,400-square-foot abode in 2017 for $1,695,000, so the recent sale was quite the windfall.
The open-layout house features a massive formal living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The living room has a pitched ceiling, floor-to-ceiling built-ins, and sliding-glass doors to the backyard.
Meanwhile, the chef’s kitchen is outfitted with an L-shaped counter, chic white tiling, and an oversized center island with seating.
Bright and sunny
The bedrooms are bright and spacious with lovely features.
For instance, the main bedroom has painted, paneled walls; a high ceiling; and light-wood floors. There’s also a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and drawers.
The bathrooms are updated with sleek details, including a glass-encased rainfall shower and a soaking tub.
There’s also a grassy backyard with a covered patio. Plus, the posh pad is wired with many smart home features, such as a built-in sound system, Lutron lighting, and an app-controlled garage door.
Trainor, 30, became a household name after releasing her chart-topping song, “All About That Bass,” in 2014. She was awarded a Grammy for Best New Artist in 2016 and has recorded five studio albums.
