Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard is looking to sell his swanky condo in downtown Los Angeles for $6.5 million.

Leonard hasn’t owned this aerie—located at the Ritz Carlton Residences at L.A. Live—for long. He snapped it up for $6,725,000 in 2019, the same year he signed with the Clippers. The list price represents a loss for Leonard.

Let’s take a look inside the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse that’s just minutes from the Crypto.com Arena.

The 4,300-square-foot unit offers city views and gorgeous interior design with sleek lines, glass walls, and wood floors throughout.

There are two fireplaces, and the kitchen comes with a huge island and breakfast nook. As befits a modern home in the sky, there are iPad devices at every turn to adjust the shades and lighting.

The spacious main bedroom has a luxe bath with a soaking tub, double vanities, and a steam shower. There are amenities for fun as well. The current layout shows a pool table and foosball set against the vistas of the city skyline.

The building comes with loads of amenities. Residents have access to concierge service, a heated rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and valet parking. (Two parking spots come with Leonard’s penthouse.)

Leonard is a 6-foot-7′ forward who played college ball for San Diego State before being drafted in 2011 by the Indiana Pacers. He was quickly traded to the San Antonio Spurs where he stayed for seven seasons.

Before signing with the Clippers, “the Claw” won championships with the Spurs and Toronto Raptors.
