A waterfront compound spanning four lots on the exclusive La Gorce Island has resurfaced on the market in Miami Beach, FL.

Initially listed in 2022 for $170 million, the 3-acre spread with multiple homes is now available for $132 million. It’s this week’s most expensive listing on Realtor.com® and could set a sales record in the state.

The property owner is the estate of the late M. Lee Pearce, a medical doctor who also owned banks, hospitals, and other medical facilities, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Other pricey properties up for sale this week include an oceanfront “trophy” house in Hawaii, a Mediterranean-style mansion in California, and a 374-acre Colorado ranch.

Here’s a full look at this week’s 10 most expensive homes.
