Former MLB All-Star Justin Upton is looking to part ways with his fabulous Flagstaff, AZ, estate.
Nestled in a lot overlooking Pine Canyon Golf Course, the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home has over 4,700 square feet of living space. It’s just a 10-minute drive from downtown Flagstaff.
The property is listed for $5 million and has a monthly homeowners association fee of $225. According to property records, Upton purchased the Flagstaff home in 2022 for $4.5 million.
Last year, the slugger listed his Newport Beach, CA, home for $6,795,000.
The Arizona home has an open layout, including a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen. The latter is equipped with stainless appliances, a marble waterfall island, and a wine fridge.
The living room boasts a wide stone fireplace and a sliding glass wall leading to an oversized deck. Slat wood ceilings and hardwood floors round out the main floor.
The primary suite has a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a wall of glass. The en suite bath is sheer luxury with a free-standing tub, dual vanities, and windowed shower.
The primary suite and guest room sit on the main level, and an extra family room, two guest rooms, and a junior suite are on the lower floor.
Additional bedrooms have walk-in closets, mini fireplaces, outdoor access, and en suite bathrooms. There’s also a laundry room and a three-car garage.
The backyard features a massive deck with an outdoor kitchen and multiple lounge areas.
Upton, 36, was drafted into the major leagues in 2005 by the Arizona Diamondbacks, with whom he played until 2012. He’s also played for the Los Angeles Angels, Detroit Tigers, San Diego Padres, Atlanta Braves, and Seattle Mariners. A three-time Silver Slugger, Upton hit 325 home runs over his 16-year career in the bigs.
