The property is listed for $5 million and has a monthly homeowners association fee of $225. According to property records, Upton purchased the Flagstaff home in 2022 for $4.5 million.

Last year, the slugger listed his Newport Beach, CA, home for $6,795,000.

Upton, 36, was drafted into the major leagues in 2005 by the Arizona Diamondbacks, with whom he played until 2012. He’s also played for the Los Angeles Angels, Detroit Tigers, San Diego Padres, Atlanta Braves, and Seattle Mariners. A three-time Silver Slugger, Upton hit 325 home runs over his 16-year career in the bigs.
