Oscar winner Emma Stone just pulled off a serious a real estate victory. She found a very eager buyer for her elegant Los Angeles home.
The petite compound was listed for sale just a month ago for $3,995,000. It sold this week for $4.3 million—a good $305,000 over the asking price.
The actress, who recently won a Golden Globe for her role in the comedy-drama, “Poor Things,” bought the 1920s Spanish-style estate in 2019 for $2.3 million, according to records.
This isn’t the only property Stone has shed recently, either. In 2022, the “Easy A” actress sold one of her New York City apartments at a loss.
Like a fairy tale
Set on a gorgeous, tree-lined block, the picture-perfect and newly renovated pad boasts a light-filled layout with four bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,276 square feet.

Stone, 35, made her Hollywood debut in 2007 when she appeared in “Superbad” alongside Michael Cera and Jonah Hill. She has also starred in films including “The Help” and “La La Land,” in a role that earned her an Oscar.
