“Dancing with the Stars” icon Karina Smirnoff is looking to trot a renter into her lavish Woodland Hills, CA, mansion.
Smirnoff, who appeared on 18 seasons of the dance competition show, recently put the property up for rent. She’s asking $19,500 a month.
The gated, Mediterranean-style estate was custom built in 2006 and boasts four bedrooms, five baths, and nearly 6,000 square feet.
However, this turnkey property isn’t the only one she’s made moves with recently. In 2020, the professional dancer offloaded her Hollywood Hills house after listing it for $1.8 million.

The family room leads right into the gourmet kitchen, which is has an attached breakfast room, center island with prep sink, and Viking appliances. Bonus features include double ovens, a walk-in pantry, and breakfast-bar seating.
Meals can also be enjoyed in the formal dining room, where two-story picture windows, a tray ceiling, and a glitzy chandelier await.
A full bathroom and laundry room round out the main level.
Turnkey property
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. A bonus, oversized loft can be used as a children’s playroom, an office, or a gym.
The primary suite is the definition of glamour, with its private deck, large walk-in closet, and extravagant bathroom with marble accents. The additional bedrooms also have standout details, too—walk-in closets, balconies, and recessed lighting.
In the backyard, there’s a large pool with a spa and Baja shelf, a covered patio, and a basketball/play area.
This turnkey property also features central heating and AC and an automatic-gate driveway.
Just a short drive to Topanga Canyon and the beach, this ritzy rental combines luxury and convenience.
Smirnoff, 46, started competing in ballroom dancing at the age of 11. The dancer appeared in the 2004 rom-com, “Shall We Dance?” and joined “Dancing with the Stars” during its third season. She placed first in the show’s 13th season with her partner, soap opera star J.R. Martinez.
