Academy Award-winning actress Emma Stone, who recently starred in the buzzy film, “Poor Things,” has listed her pretty Los Angeles property for $3,995,000.

Built in 1926, the four-bedroom, four-bath, Spanish-style home has more than 3,200 square feet.

According to Robb Report, Stone purchased the adorable, two-story abode for her mother in 2019.

This delightful property in the Westwood neighborhood was recently renovated and is configured as a minicompound. It features a main house, large backyard, and a separate guest structure.

Stone has been busy in the real estate sector.

In 2022, she let go of her West Village condo for $2.25 million when she upgraded to swankier New York City digs. She also listed her four-bedroom Beverly Hills home in 2019 for $3.89 million, which a buyer ultimately paid.
