Jim Grant, author of the popular “Jack Reacher” novels (and best known by his pen name Lee Child), has put his colossal New York City condo on the market for $11 million.

Grant picked up the place in 2014 for $9,150,000.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is just steps from Central Park and boasts more than 70 feet of park frontage.
