Rapper Swae Lee just sold his huge Woodland Hills, CA, home and managed to spin a handsome profit along the way.

Lee, whose given name is Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, bought the upscale property in 2019 for $3.5 million and attached a $4,450,000 price tag in May.

In the end, the nearly-9,000-square-foot, six-bedroom mansion traded hands for $4.3 million. Not too shabby!

Lee’s gated estate sits on a quiet road and was recently renovated. A contemporary vibe now abounds in the spacious, sunny rooms. There’s a fireplace in the living room, loads of built-ins in the library, and a spacious kitchen with Wolf appliances and a breakfast area.

The place is teeming with details, such as French doors, coffered ceilings, exposed beams, and European oak flooring. And the main bedroom suite is equally grand, with a balcony and an enormous bathroom outfitted with two water closets, a dual-entry shower, and soaking tub.

Along with four other bedrooms and en suite baths, the house is equipped with a bonus room that could be transformed into anything the new owner desires (dance studio, play space, etc.). The dwelling also comes with a sauna, pool, spa, gazebo and grilling area outside.

A five-time Grammy nominee, Lee is part of the hip-hop group Rae Sremmurd, along with his brother, Slim Jxmmi. The band hit the charts with such songs as “No Flex Zone” and “Black Beatles.”
