Mike Mills, the multitalented musician from the band R.E.M., has listed his Los Angeles lair for $6 million.

The home last changed hands in 1997, when the rocker apparently picked up the place for $888,000, according to Realtor.com®.

With four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and nearly 4,000 square feet, this beautiful SoCal spot is perfectly perched to offer iconic views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and downtown L.A.

From this gated abode, you’ll spy many famous city landmarks, including the Hollywood Bowl, Sunset Strip, and SoFi Stadium.

Inside, the drama continues with the living room’s massive, natural-stone fireplace; 400-gallon fish tank; and sliding-glass doors that reveal the great outdoors.

The kitchen offers a cozy breakfast nook, Viking appliances, and even a pizza oven. Bathrooms here are filled with trippy tile designs and pretty views of the treed landscape beyond.

While built in 1959, the home has since received a few rock-star upgrades. The listing notes that Holli Rogers is the creative mind behind the custom tile work in the primary bath, which is imported from Israel and designed to look like artist Vincent van Gogh‘s famed painting, “The Starry Night.”

Hikers will leap for joy to discover the home is linked directly to trails that also connect to three different decks. Solar panels are in place on the neighboring lot, which is included in the listing. A pool and observation deck are also part of the package.

As one of four founding members of the beloved alt-rock group, Mills played bass guitar and keyboards and occasionally sang lead vocals for R.E.M. The band from Georgia, which broke up in 2011, was known for hits such as “The One I Love” and “Radio Free Europe.”

Mills, 64, continues to create new tunes with another collaboration called The Baseball Project.
