This 2005 build’s details are what makes it truly special, from the stucco walls and tile rooflines to the gorgeous hand-painted ceramic and glass surrounds that decorate the fireplaces. Framed by tall and verdant hedges, this Spanish-style home is a peaceful oasis in the bustling city.

Dark wood trim, travertine floors, wainscoting, and coved ceilings add to the home’s charm.

The kitchen features an island with seating for two and access to the family room. French doors open to the backyard, which includes a pool, fountain, and terrace.

The main bedroom has its own outdoor space and a bathroom with a large shower, double vanities, and a counter with a sweet bench. There’s also an office and a bonus room.

Perkins has starred in a variety of hit TV shows, including “Weeds,” “Minx,” and “The Afterparty.” She also had a star turn in the miniseries “Sharp Objects,” based on the hit novel by Gillian Flynn.
