This pro-level property elevates the concept of a home gym to hefty new heights.

Super Bowl champ Cooper Kupp recently listed his five-bedroom, 5,700-square-foot home in Wilsonville, OR.

Kupp rushed for 92 yards and scored two touchdowns for the triumphant Los Angeles Rams in the 2022 Super Bowl.

And now, he’s aiming to sell his amazing, 4-acre compound. On the market for $3.5 million, the home comes complete with its own indoor, athletic-training ground.

The wideout’s European-style mansion abounds with luxurious details such as natural-stone finishes and hardwood floors. The brick exterior and gated, circular driveway lend an elegant, stately feel to the grounds.

And a nearly 2,000-square-foot guesthouse—with its own living room, fireplace, bedroom, and full kitchen—elevates the property’s appeal.

In the main house, there are more fireplaces and a lofty ceiling in the light-filled great room.

A swoon-worthy kitchen is outfitted with upscale touches, including stone counters, a six-burner Miele range, two dishwashers, and a Sub-Zero fridge. And a nearby breakfast nook opens via sliding doors to the outdoor patio.

The primary bedroom features its own private foyer, a tray ceiling, and sparkling chandelier. The en suite bath boasts heated, marble floors; a huge, glass shower; and double vanities. A large closet offers oodles of storage and even its own washer/dryer.

There’s also a bonus room above the three-car garage, offering the perfect space for table tennis or billiards. Plus, there’s another laundry setup here.

But it’s the indoor training facility, with real turf, that truly makes this listing one of a kind. Kupp used this space to the fullest as he prepped for fall. The 4,600-square-foot structure also has court material underneath and retractable basketball hoops.

Kupp, who was chosen by the Rams in the third round of the 2017 draft, is gearing up to play again; but his season has hit a small snag. He’s injured his hamstring and will miss the first few games of the 2023 season.

Kendra Ratcliff, LUXE/Forbes Global Properties holds the listing.
