Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler has made a snap decision to sell his condo in downtown Nashville, TN.

He’s listed the pad on the 36th floor of Music City’s posh Four Seasons private residences for $4,999,900.

Cutler purchased the fancy perch in January for $4.32 million, but he could be keen to sell after landing a hosting gig on “Inside the NFL.” Or perhaps he’s looking for a different place to settle down with his new girlfriend?

Cutler’s three-bedroom abode isn’t for the faint of heart, thanks to its corner location high above the city. But that height affords impressive views of Nashville from the great room, which combines a huge living space with a sleek, modern kitchen.

A wraparound terrace offers seating with equally spectacular views, and the Cumberland River vistas continue from the main bedroom, too.

Every detail touch is top-notch, including Miele appliances in the kitchen, glossy wood finishes, high-end light fixtures, and walk-in California closets.

The primary bedroom has its own sitting area and a gorgeous bathroom with a deep tub and an extra large shower.

This upscale building also comes with its own set of resident perks, including 24-hour concierge service, a pool and spa, access to private rooftop gardens, and a fitness center.

Cutler, who was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2005, spent the bulk of his 12-season career in the Windy City with the Bears. Cutler’s latest TV work is actually a return to the small screen—he was previously a part of the reality show “Very Cavallari” with then-wife Kristin Cavallari.

In addition to their show, the duo also had a long-running saga in the real estate market. Their Nashville mansion went up for sale in 2018 with the optimistic price tag of $7.9 million. Two years later, it sold for just $3.7 million. Here’s hoping Cutler doesn’t get sacked for another loss in Nashville.
