Paul Anka, the Canadian-American singer-songwriter best known for his hit songs “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” and “I Love You, Baby,” needs a buyer for his Los Angeles-area mansion.

The musician, who wrote the English lyrics to “My Way,” is asking $10 million for the place.

Anka purchased the primo property in Thousand Oaks, CA, in 2007 for $3,962,000 and is clearly looking for a hefty return on his investment.

Anka reportedly owns numerous homes in the area. Britney Spears, John Fogerty, and Wayne Gretzky are among a host of other celebs who call Thousand Oaks home.

The luxurious, French-inspired property has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a recording studio, all situated throughout 7,000 square feet.

Built in 2006, the residence sits on nearly 6 acres in Sherwood Country Club’s private, gated community.
