Actor, singer, and model Tyler Blackburn recently found a buyer for his Tudor-style home in Los Angeles.

And his modest investment certainly paid off. Blackburn bought the three-bedroom, two-bath place for $636,000 in 2015 and listed it in May for $1,989,000. So he was probably pretty pleased when it sold for $2,350,000 in June.

The roughly 1,600-square-foot home might be petite, but it’s big on charm.
