Actor Chris Pratt—well known as Star Lord in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie franchise—is ready to launch from his posh Pacific Palisades pad.

He and wife Katherine Schwarzenegger spent two years renovating the swanky spread, and now they’re asking $32 million for it.

Pratt purchased the hillside home, originally built in 1995, in June of 2018 for $15,601,500. The couple rebuilt it from the ground up, remodeling it so extensively that the listing states it was built in 2021.

The six-bedroom, 12-bath mansion spread 12,900 luxurious square feet.

In 2021, the couple finally moved in and frequently shared the abode’s many virtues on Instagram—as well as on an episode of the Netflix series, “Get Organized With the Home Edit.”

Views for days

The stylish, private mansion is in an exclusive community known as Marquez Knowles. There are only five other homes in this posh, gated enclave.

The newly rebuilt property takes full advantage of the views, which include the Los Padres Mountains, the coastline of Santa Monica Bay, the “Queens Necklace” on the California coast, and Catalina Island.

Refined renovation

The home has an elegant and modern interior aesthetic, as only the finest materials and custom finishes were used.

But there’s nothing fussy about this home—the vibes here are perfectly California-casual.

Five fireplaces and a fire pit keep the home comfy and cozy, despite its size.

It has a spacious, formal dining room that seats at least 14, along with a massive great room swathed in airy, light wood and  sweeping ocean views.

The kitchen is pure art, with its light-gray, marble countertops and backsplash; cream walls; and custom, metal-and-glass cabinetry above the island.

There is no lack of luxe entertainment and recreational areas. A home theater with moss-green, velvet seating; a glass-walled office with French doors that open to the grounds; and a wellness center with a gym, spa, hot and cold plunge pool, steam room, and sauna are among the home’s sumptuous leisure and work spaces.

Outdoor oasis

The family undoubtedly enjoyed the mansion’s many outdoor amenities: patios and balconies galore; a saltwater pool with a Baja shelf; hot tub; swim jets; half basketball court; golf simulator; and a pool cabana with a full kitchen, pizza oven, and high-end barbecue.

While waiting for their new home to be finished, the family spent time at Pratt’s extensive farm in Washington state’s San Juan Islands, where they raise chickens, sheep, and other livestock.

Before Pratt, 44, became one of Hollywood’s hottest stars in franchises such as “Jurassic World,” “Lego Movie,” and “Guardians of the Galaxy,” he had a successful television career—particularly on NBC’s “Parks and Recreation.”

Most recently, he voiced the title character in “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” one of the top box-office earners of 2023.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger have two daughters. She has written several successful self-help books and is the oldest child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.
