Comic and singer-songwriter Ray Stevens, whose given name is Harold Ray Ragsdale, is hoping to offload his Nashville, TN, home for $9 million.

It’ll be quite the return on his investment, if the 9,700-square-foot place sells for anywhere near its full price. The musician purchased the property, in Nashville’s tony Belle Meade area, for $2,850,000 in 2016.
