Just days ago, celebrity chef Bobby Flay placed his English Tudor in Saratoga Springs, NY, on the market for $3,295,000, Mansion Global reports.

And the recently renovated place tempted a buyer in no time.

The Food Network star purchased the property in 2021 for $1.7 million and is looking to nearly double his return on the investment, Mansion Global notes

The home, which was listed in early August, is in contingent sale status. If the deal goes through, it’ll prove a recipe for real estate success.

Overlooking the Oklahoma Training Track, the four-bedroom abode offers spectacular views of the equestrian facility.

Steps from the race course

The horse-racing enthusiast’s home is just steps from the famed Saratoga Race Course. It was featured earlier this year in House Beautiful, where designer Olivia Capuano, founder of Olivia Jane Design, discussed how she redesigned the house in less than six months.

The historic home was built in 1939 but now features all of the modern amenities.

For example, updates to the gourmet chef’s kitchen include custom cabinets and high-end appliances.

Evidence of the home’s history are apparent in its vaulted ceiling, exposed brick, and gas fireplace.

A former office has been transformed into a bourbon room with a wet bar—perfect for entertaining. From here, there are sliders that open to an inviting, outdoor living area.

An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill is surrounded by concrete bar seating, where guests can watch the home chef at work.

Beyond that, the spacious patio is large enough to accommodate lounge chairs and dining tables for a front-row seat to the “unmatched views” mentioned in the listing.
