School’s out for the summer!

That hasn’t stopped one university from listing a dorm for sale.

The University of Iowa has decided to part ways with its Mayflower Residence Hall. On the market for $45 million, the dorm received top marks to become this week’s most popular listing on Realtor.com®.

The 326,000-square-foot property won’t be available until next summer, but it presents the next buyer a unique opportunity and lots of potential.

Other real estate that grabbed attention this week include a Vermont home that borders Canada, a Florida Craftsman bungalow, and an Ohio farmette with an underground bomb shelter.
