After announcing his retirement last year, former two-time UFC bantamweight champion Tyler Jeffrey “TJ” Dillashaw is looking to clinch a $2.25 million deal for his recently listed home in Yorba Linda, CA.

The fearsome fighter lives with wife Rebecca Dillashaw and son Bronson in Colorado, where he runs mixed-martial-arts training camps.

A California native, Dillashaw has shared photos of the 3,227-square-foot SoCal home more than once on his social media accounts.

The four-bedroom, one-story abode was built in 2000 and sits on a corner lot. The interior boasts high ceilings, custom crown molding, and hardwood floors.

The spacious, champion-worthy primary suite is outfitted with custom window treatments, a walk-in closet, and remodeled bathroom with a soaking tub. Plus, there’s access to the covered patio here, too.

A dreamy backyard setup includes a saltwater PebbleTec pool with solar heating and a water feature. A play structure and separate playhouse offer fun for the kids. Dillashaw calls the private barrel sauna his “oasis.” And the four-hole putting green seems fitting for a retiree.

There’s even a fire pit area and a built-in barbecue with bar seating.

The property also has fully owned solar panels; a whole-house, reverse-osmosis water purification system; and a three-car garage.

Dillashaw, 37, was a wrestler in college. He made his MMA debut in 2010 and fought his first UFC match a little more than a year later. Known as a fighter with an array of offensive weapons, he wound up winning the UFC bantamweight title belt in 2014 and again in 2017.
