Say ‘Hola’ to These Special Spanish-Style Homes, All Priced Below $500K

Realtor.com

There’s something special about Spanish-inspired homes. Their trademark stucco walls, red-tiled roofs, and arches everywhere have appealed to American homebuyers since about 1915, when we first got a good look at the style during the Panama-California Exposition.

Mostly found in warmer climates, Spanish-style homes can be spotted in states such as Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, California, and Florida.

We managed to locate some prime examples in other places as well, and all of them come at a prime price: below $500,000.

While these homes have been built in the decades since their introduction to the U.S., you can’t miss their Spanish roots.

Take a look at what’s available. You might be inspired to say Hola to a Spanish-style casa of your own.
