Country music artist Luke Bryan and wife Caroline Bryan are trying to kick the dust up on the sale of their spectacular oceanfront spread in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Originally listed in December 2022 for $18 million, the property’s price tag dropped to $16 million in February, according to Taste of Country.

The Bryans still couldn’t find a taker at the discounted amount, so they sliced the price to $14.9 million.

The 4,645-square-foot waterfront pad sits on an acre along Florida’s Gulf Coast—where you can enjoy sunrise, sunburn, sunset, repeat!

Redesigned residence

Built in 1994, the gated home sits on 95 feet of Gulf frontage. The pair purchased the property in 2013 for just $2.5 million. Since then, they fully renovated the place, the listing notes.

But even with the latest price drop, the couple still stands to make a hefty profit if they get anywhere near their $3,219-per-square-foot asking price.
