French Montana is saying “au revoir” to his incredible Hidden Hills, CA, property, according to The New York Times.

The Moroccan-born rapper, whose given name is Karim Karbouch, bought the seven-bedroom, nine-bath, nearly 16,000-square-foot mansion in 2020 for $8,425,000.

But now, he could make out handsomely if he gets anywhere near his $22,750,000 asking price for the house.

Set on 1.4 acres in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood, the home has been reimagined and updated extensively. It boasts just about every amenity an A-list celeb could dream up. Full-size basketball court? Check. Home theater? Indeed! Walk-in wine cellar? Oui!

Gated and guarded from prying eyes, the remarkable complex is in Ashley Ridge, an upscale enclave. The place was designed by the architectural firm Iqosa and features a circular driveway, limestone floors, and custom oak-beamed ceilings. Glass walls line the colossal great room (it’s 4,000 square feet) and open to the grassy backyard.

The sleek kitchen includes dark cabinets and stone counters, a breakfast nook, stainless Viking appliances, two ovens, and two sinks. There’s also a home bar with a wine fridge, seating for five, and extra wine storage nearby. A formal dining room is on the main level, along with a gorgeous home office and a lounge area with a fireplace.

The main bedroom also sports a fireplace—this one is double-sided—plus a sitting area, two huge walk-in closets, a spa-inspired bath with a glass shower, deep tub, marble floors, and a built-in couch.

Outside, a lovely pool and spa await, alongside raised beds for flowers and veggies, a fire pit, covered patios, a full kitchenette, Viking grill, and a TV.
