Actress Sofia Vergara seems pretty motivated to unload her luxe Beverly Hills bachelorette pad. She’s dropped the price of the freshly renovated, Tuscan-style villa by about $1.6 million—from $19,600,000 to $17,995,000.

Even with the price cut, Vergara still stands to come out ahead. In 2014, more than a year before she married fellow actor Joe Manganiello, she picked up this luxurious, 11,369-square-foot estate for $10.6 million.

She then set to work on a tasteful remodel of the 2006-built mansion, under the guidance of sought-after designer Jennifer Bevan. Her expertise preserved the built-in, Tuscan-villa vibe but freshened it up with white walls and black accents.

“This estate offers the ultimate Beverly Hills lifestyle with complete privacy and simultaneous access to every luxury the area has to offer,” says Santiago Arana, of The Agency. “No design detail was spared within this home that often feels more like a private resort than a residence.”

In 2020, Vergara and Manganiello decided to live even larger, and they purchased a 17,100-square-foot palace on a 1.85-acre lot in the nearby Beverly Park area for $26 million. The spectacular spread once belonged to baseball great, Barry Bonds.

Magnificent mansion

Although their latest acquisition is certainly larger, it’s hard to imagine it being any more elegant than the one on the market now.

The posh property offers seven en suite bedrooms and 11 baths, with soaring, coffered ceilings overhead and wood-and-marble tile floors.

The finely appointed public rooms have designer lighting, French doors, and fireplaces. The creamy kitchen is outfitted with a center island, Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook with French doors that lead to the pristinely manicured backyard.

Other luxury features include a bar that would be the pride of any private club; a 3,000-bottle wine cellar with a tasting room; a spacious, 10-seat, state-of -the-art theater; and a gym with a sauna.

Although the listing doesn’t show any photos of the bedrooms, we are assured that the primary suite features dual closets and spalike baths. We would expect nothing less from this glamorous couple.

The grounds offer ample privacy for celebrities, via mature trees and a sturdy security gate. The half-acre, resort-style backyard is also bordered by tall hedges, discouraging paparazzi from snapping photos of A-list residents.

Vergara, 50, is known for being one of the highest-paid actresses in television, for her role on “Modern Family” and for her endorsements. She also has a successful film career and is currently serving as a judge on “America’s Got Talent.”

Manganiello, 46, is best known for his roles on the big scree—in the “Magic Mike” movies, “Spider-Man,” and “Justice League.” On the small screen, he was a standout in “How I Met Your Mother”  and “True Blood.”
