Traton Homes has opened sales in its 45-townhome Gates at Hamilton Grove community in Marietta. Prices begin in the low $400,000s. 

Homes are available with two floor plans: the Brooks, which offers three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and the Bryson, which offers four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All homes come with open living areas, two-car garages and gourmet kitchens. 

Amenities at the community, which is located off Cobb Parkway, include a pool and cabana, firepit, fitness area and playground.  

“Gates at Hamilton Grove’s desirable location provides easy access to a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, as well as easy access to major thoroughfares and employment centers,” Director of Marketing Kimberly Garwood said.  

The first building of townhomes is under construction with inventory available and slated to close this summer.
