She’s grown up before our eyes and now, after seven years, actress Chloë Grace Moretz is moving on from her lovely home in Studio City.
Moretz purchased the five-bedroom, six-bath Los Angeles stunner in 2016 for $3.4 million, when she was just 19, Dirt reported. And by listing it for almost $6 million recently, the final selling price of $5,650,000 means the 26 year old will net a sweet sum.
Curious how the young and successful in Hollywood are living lately? Here’s a look inside the private oasis Moretz is letting go.
The Spanish-style home is spread over 6,700 square feet on a half-acre lot and features a double-height great room with a fireplace. A cozy den, theater, and bevy of bedrooms mean lots of space for family and friends to gather and be entertained.
The kitchen recently underwent a facelift and sports a big island, breakfast nook, and coveted luxe appliances. The main bedroom is a serene retreat, with a sitting area, fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a spacious bath.
Having a big event? The property also comes with a separate studio with its own kitchenette. There’s space for several cars in the garage and ample parking in the walled-in courtyard.
Outside, a large patio, living room, fireplace, and kitchen await, along with the pool and spa that are all but mandatory for life in La La Land.
Moretz is known for her work in the remake, “Carrie,” the superhero flick, “Kick-Ass,” as well as her current role in the Amazon Prime series, “The Peripheral.” She’s also lent her voice to the role of Wednesday Addams in two of the animated “Addams Family” movies.
