The 352-unit Celadon on Club luxury apartment community recently opened on the site of the former Northwood Country Club in Lawrenceville.

The 33-acre development was built by Atlanta-based Oxford Properties and will be managed by RAM Partners. Oxford is in the process of developing another class-A community, the Darnell, in Gwinnett County, and has signed RAM to manage it, as well.
“Oxford Properties is excited to welcome our first residents to Celadon on Club, a community of distinction, designed to feel exclusive and inviting,” said Paul Austin, Oxford Properties development partner for Georgia and Charlotte. “Built on the former Northwood Country Club Golf Course, it has acres of natural greenspace, a grand clubhouse and a market-leading amenity base.”
Located at 3355 Club Drive, Celadon is connected by trail to the 25-acre Club Drive Park, which has outdoor basketball courts, a fishing lake, playground and grilling pavilion. A 90-acre expansion is planned for the park.
The community’s amenities were inspired by Northwood, which closed in 2019 and was Gwinnett County’s oldest country club. These include a TrackMan golf simulator and a luxury clubhouse. A resort-style pool, workout facilities and leasable private office space are also available to residents.
Celadon’s one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments have private balconies, nine-foot ceilings and specially-designed entertainment walls for mounted TVs and listening devices.
