Talk show host Wendy Williams has finally sold her home, according to the New York Post. 

The upscale property in Livingston, NJ, was listed a year ago for $1.9 million. It was reduced to $1.7 million in 2020. This past spring, the price went down to $1,575,000, and the house was recently sold for $1,475,000.

Williams and her husband, Kevin Hunter, purchased the property in 2009 for $2.1 million. After their split—which was finalized in January—the motivated sellers placed the home on the market. The agreed to split the proceeds from the home sale, according to the Post.

Williams reportedly relocated to a high-end rental in New York City. 

The daytime talk-show host left behind this custom five-bedroom home in an exclusive New Jersey neighborhood.

The 5,700-square-foot, two-level mansion features high ceilings, bold decor, and glitzy chandeliers. The finished basement adds an additional 2,500 square feet of living space; it includes a wet bar and accesses the backyard.

The entry features a grand foyer with a barrel ceiling and black-and-white marble flooring. A dramatic two-story rotunda soars above a grand staircase.

On the first floor, you’ll find the family room with custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace, plus a library or home office with cherry bookcases. The main level also includes a formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen with an oversize center island. 

The master suite comes with a marble master bath with jetted tub, two walk-in closets, and a private sitting room.

The grounds boast a sport court, patio, koi pond, and circular driveway.

The 56-year-old rules daytime TV with “The Wendy Williams Show,” which has received numerous Emmy nominations. The show attracts 2.4 million viewers daily. In March, Williams transitioned to broadcasting her show from her Manhattan apartment. She had to halt production reportedly due to health issues, but is set to return to the airwaves in September.
