“It was incredible when it was originally built, but then the current owner put over a million dollars into it, upgrading and updating it to today’s standards,” Forbes adds.

“It’s walking distance to the beach and to the town,” Forbes says. “The street itself is only three blocks long; and a lot of people don’t even know about it, because it’s such a small street, so nobody really travels on it if they don’t live there. You’re in close proximity to everything.”

And while it’s a nearly all-glass dwelling, the home is still plenty private.

“You can’t see into it because of the way it sits on the lot,” Forbes explains.
