Alpharetta-based build-to-rent developer Trilogy Investment Company promoted two senior members of its team. 

Senior Vice President of Development and Construction John Boniface was promoted to chief development officer, and outside counsel Nathan Sycks was promoted to chief legal officer and general counsel. 

In his new role, Boniface will lead the design, development and construction of Trilogy’s communities. Sykes, meanwhile will provide strategic guidance on land planning, zoning and entitlements, joint-venture equity, land acquisitions and corporate activities. 

“We are excited that John and Nathan will be leading two key roles within Trilogy as we continue to grow into new markets throughout the country,” managing partner and CEO Jason Joseph said in a press release. “Each of these individuals is instrumental to the firm’s continued success, and part of this success is Trilogy’s continued investment in people. That is what differentiates us from the rest of the industry.”
