Griffin Dunne of the NBC drama series “This Is Us” is letting go of his New York City condo. The SoHo loft is available for $3.95 million.

The actor purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom abode in 2010 for $2.8 million. If the swanky space sells for its asking price, Dunne, 65, will show his real estate savvy along with his acting chops.

The 2,363-square-foot loft has 12-foot beamed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and airy living and dining spaces.

The corner unit includes a high-end, open chef’s kitchen with a Viking stove, Sub-Zero fridge, and Thermador and Bosch appliances. An island roomy enough for bar seating sits next to a dining table.

The west-facing master suite contains an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is also en suite, and the third bedroom can be used as an office.

Other details include in-unit laundry and custom California Closets, for plenty of storage and organization.

Built in 1911, the limestone-clad building was designed by Frank H. Quinby as a printing and book-binding facility. The structure was converted to luxury condo apartments in 2004.

The updated spaces offer modern loft living with the convenience of a full-service condominium. Residents of the pet-friendly building enjoy a lobby attended 24 hours a day, a common roof garden, and onsite storage.

The loft building is known as a celebrity hub. One former tenant was the superstar Rihanna, who rented a two-floor penthouse for a reported $50,000 a month.

Theodora and Alexandra Richards—the daughters of Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones and the model Patti Hansen—also had a place there, which they have since sold, the New York Post reported.

Born in New York, Dunne is the son of the writer, producer, and actor Dominick Dunne. He starred in the 1980s cult classic movies “After Hours” and “An American Werewolf in London,” and has appeared in countless films and TV shows, most recently playing Nicky Pearson in NBC’s drama series “This Is Us.” He is also a producer and director.

Steve Gold with Corcoran Group-East Side holds the listing.
