Realty ONE Group Terminus promoted Chief Experience Officer McKenzie Bailey to vice president of operations.  

Before joining Realty ONE in December 2021, Bailey served as a director of operations and CFO at Keller Williams Realty, where she managed several offices in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park.  

Before that, Bailey worked at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in Raleigh, N.C., and Re/MAX of Buckhead.  

Bailey was raised in Europe and graduated from Albany State University.
