Mindy Kaling has just listed her stylish Manhattan, NY, condo for a cool $2.75 million.

The Hollywood star’s loft-style apartment comes with an open floor plan, 10-foot ceilings, and 1,166 square feet of living space.

The actress, producer, and writer purchased the unit in 2017 for $3.1 million. She reportedly redid the space in its entirety with some help from the luxury outfitter One Kings Lane.

The condo is located in the 52-unit One Kenmare Square building, which is noted for its 11-story glass façade and being home to some of the city’s most notable residents, at least according to the listing.

The $2,581 monthly homeowners association fee covers luxury amenities like 24/7 door attendants, private storage, and a fully equipped on-site fitness center.

The star of “The Mindy Project” doesn’t appear to have spent much time there. The posh pad has been listed for rent over the years, for as much as $12,000 a month.

“This is the perfect two-bedroom home or pied-à-terre located at the intersection of SoHo and Nolita,” says Carl Gambino, who is co-listing the unit with Reilly Adler of Compass. “We’re seeing a very active market and expect a property like this will be very well-received.”

“The Office” star is asking for $350,000 less than what she paid for the place. But she’s taking everything inside: The unit doesn’t come furnished.

The award-winning star can be seen in movies such as “Ocean’s 8” and “Late Night,” which she also wrote. The 43-year-old also co-created the Netflix show “Never Have I Ever.”
