Frankie Valli has listed his Los Angeles condo for $3,195,000—and his son Emilio Valli, with Coldwell Banker, is representing the listing.

The crooner purchased the property in 2009 for $2.55 million. It was listed for $3.14 million three years ago, then relisted in January 2020 for just below $3 million. It was also available as a luxe rental for least at $14,000 a month.

The asking price has fluctuated from as low as $2,599,000 to as high as $3.8 million, but perhaps this most recent price point will be in tune with a buyer.

Remodeled residence

The remodeled condo offers 3,190 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, recessed lighting, white walls, and dark wood floors.

The open floor plan offers a seamless flow from the foyer to the living room, dining room, and den area.

Now 88, the Four Seasons lead singer is known for his falsetto. Valli’s hits include “Sherry,” “Big Boys Don’t Cry,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.” The story behind the group has been memorialized in the “Jersey Boys” musical and movie.
