The “Miss You Much” singer hasn’t been inside her midtown perch since 2019, according to the Wall Street Journal. She picked it up in 1998 for $2.8 million, so she stands to profit handsomely from the sale.

Singings its praises

“Whenever entering my apartment of 25 years, I always treasured my home’s wonderful location and the breathtaking views that capture the magic and excitement of New York,” Jackson told the Journal.

“Stepping through its threshold instantly made me feel so tranquil and at peace—so many memories,” she added.

Located at Columbus Circle on the southwest side of Central Park, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence offers front-row views of the green space as well as the city skyline.

The layout features floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, 10-foot ceilings, a large living and dining room, wood flooring, and a kitchen with a view.

The primary suite comes with multiple closets, one of the bedrooms has been converted to a library, and the other bedroom could work as a guest suite.

The condos are attached to the Trump International Hotel. Residents have access to the hotel amenities, including room service from Jean-Georges restaurant, housekeeping, valet, and parking. They can also use the gym, pool, and spa.

Jackson, a five-time Grammy winner and baby sister to Michael, is the youngest of 10 siblings. Her hits include “Nasty,” “Rhythm Nation,” and “What Have You Done for Me Lately,” and she’s sold over 100 million records worldwide.
