“Yellowstone” actress Barret Swatek and her husband, retired hedge fund exec Adam Weiss, are selling this hilltop paradise for a head-snapping $99,500,000.

The couple had purchased the Pacific Coast Highway property from supermodel Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber in 2018 for $45 million. Crawford and Gerber had originally listed it for $60 million.

The home was built in the 1940s and has had substantial renovations and additions made over the decades.

“We have a lot of love and fond memories here,” Swatek says of the home. “This is where we had our first date, got engaged, and married. We made countless precious memories with family and friends on this property. It’s a magical place with privacy, water, mountains, very private beach, and sometimes a running river.”

Normal property appreciation in this coveted coastal community isn’t the only reason the home’s price doubled in four years.

Swatek and Weiss expanded the four-bedroom, 5.5-bath mansion from 5,254 square feet to 7,450.

Also, “The biggest transformation from when the sellers purchased the property is the lush landscaping,” notes listing agent Jade Mills, of Coldwell Banker Realty in Beverly Hills.

Listing photos of the 3.18-acre property reveal that the pool and decking underwent complete makeovers, as did many of the garden areas and pathways.

Mills also touts the private pathway to El Sol Beach as well as the Pacific Ocean views.

“When you enter this property, you are transported into a euphoric paradise, surrounded by the tranquility of nature,” she says.
