Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher David Price has tossed his Nashville, TN, home onto the market. A buyer can scoop it up for $3,950,000.

As we previously reported, the Tennessee native purchased the property for just under $3,735,000 in 2014.

The listing photos are devoid of any personal items, which makes us think the All-Star has long since left the building.

Built in 2007, the 9,553-square-foot, five-bedroom home sits on over 2 acres in the Forest Hills neighborhood.

It’s a contemporary vibe from the moment you open the door—an entry leads from glass doors and steps up to a double-sided fireplace, living room, and dining room.

A neutral palette and tall windows bring an abundance of natural light to the airy spaces.

An open kitchen with a bar counter and seating sits just adjacent to a family room. From there, sliding glass doors flow out to a large patio.

A sprawling primary suite on the main level leads into a bath with dual vanities and a free-standing tub, as well as a walk-in closet. A second bedroom on the main level is currently used as an office.

The five-time All-Star is no stranger to real estate deals.

In 2020, after leaving the Boston Red Sox, he moved on from his Newton, MA, home. That massive mansion boasted a gym, home theater, wine cellar, and playroom.

Listed for $6.5 million, it quickly found a buyer.

And the lefty grabbed a posh Paradise Valley, AZ, pad from fellow big leaguer Justin Upton in 2020 for $9.5 million.

In addition, the World Series champion owns a golf getaway in Naples, FL.

Prior to his stint with the Dodgers, the 36-year-old played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Detroit Tigers, and Toronto Blue Jays. In 2015, the hurler signed a seven-year, $217 million contract with the Red Sox, a franchise record at the time. During his tenure with the team, the Sox won the World Series championship in 2018. In 2020, he was traded to the Dodgers. He’s headed into the final year of his contract this season.
