Aerosmith’s Joe Perry has walked right into a sale of his Duxbury, MA, farm. The picturesque property is currently listed as “under contract,” and the final sale price has yet to be disclosed.

The legendary musician placed the rockin’ property on the market for $4.5 million in September 2021.

Even if the 7-acre spread changes hands for less than he asked, Perry still stands to leave on a high note.

Now 71, he purchased the country estate way back in 1988, for $395,000.

While he traveled the world with his band, the Massachusetts native didn’t stray too far when he was off the road. The charming seaside locale is located on Cape Cod Bay, some 35 miles south of Boston, on the South Shore.

Serene escape

Known as Brook Haven Farm, the gated and fenced property ensures privacy, far from the madding crowds but close to Duxbury beaches.

The two-lot offering includes a 14-room main house, detached carriage house, and rooftop garden.

Spanning just under 7,200 square feet, the five-bedroom main house sits on 2.5 acres.

The home was built in 1974, and the layout includes a living room with a stone fireplace, a high-tech media room, and a kitchen with a center island, along with an adjoining brick-floor tea room.

Other rockin’ details include a guitar-themed entry, a billiard-room filled with memorabilia, and a pool in the shape of a guitar.
