The former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden quickly found a buyer for his home in Las Vegas.

His custom residence landed on the market in early February for $7.5 million and is already in pending sale status.

Gruden and his wife, Cindy Gruden, picked up the property for $4.3 million in August 2021, two months before he resigned from the team.

The coach stepped down in the middle of the 2021 season, after reports surfaced that he had used racist and homophobic language in private emails.

After his resignation, Gruden sued the NFL and its commissioner, Roger Goodell, and alleged that his private emails were leaked “to harm [his] reputation and force him out of his job.”

After walking away from his coveted coaching job in disgrace, Gruden, 58, has no need for a home in Sin City.

Built in 2020, the gated estate is located in the exclusive Southern Highland community. The enclave of about 1,000 homes surrounds the Southern Highlands Golf Club. This appealing neighborhood is also reported to be the home of the team’s quarterback, Derek Carr.

Covering 8,684 square feet, the residence offers five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.

Details include high ceilings, retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls, massive decks, and mountain and city views. A great room opens to a chef’s kitchen, and adjoins a family room that flows outside.

Highlights include a climate-controlled wine room and bar, a large office filled with sports memorabilia, and a gym. The primary bedroom suite includes two walk-in closets, a bathroom with dual vanities, and a personal sauna.

Outside, the lot of nearly an acre features an infinity-edge pool and spa, a fire pit, a built-in barbecue, and a pool bathroom.

If a buyer needs even more land, the listing notes that the offering includes an adjacent lot of just under an acre.

Gruden was on his second stint as head coach of the Raiders. He also served as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2002 to 2008, and led that team to a Super Bowl victory in his first season. After seven seasons with the Bucs, he worked as an analyst for ESPN before rejoining the Raiders.
