Kimora Lee Simmons, the model and businesswoman, is offering up her snazzy Beverly Hills home for lease. A renter can sashay through the front door for $62,500 a month.

Simmons purchased the gated estate in 2008 for $10.95 million. It was previously on the rental market in 2019 for $55,000 a month, according to Dirt.

Built in 1990, the Mediterranean-style mansion offers 10 bedrooms and eight bathrooms—including a detached guesthouse.

Highlights include a grand two-story entrance, a conservatory, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and an eat-in kitchen.

Other luxe amenities for a well-heeled tenant include a gym, wine cellar, and wood-paneled library.

Set on under an acre, the oasislike grounds feature a covered patio, pool, spa, sport court, lawn, and landscaped gardens.

The detached guesthouse comes with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a rooftop cabana overlooking the pool.

If you like the look, you can move right in with the owner’s furnishings intact. With a whopping 13,000 square feet to decorate, the existing furnishings are a welcome perk.

The mansion is up for rent as Simmons’ husband, Tim Leissner, wrangles with financial and legal issues. The ex-Goldman Sachs banker is facing accusations that he helped the Malaysian financier Jho Low steal millions from the 1MDB sovereign development fund, the New York Post reports.

But this isn’t the couple’s only property in the area—they live nearby in an opulent Beverly Park estate.

Kimora Lee, 46, started modeling with Chanel at the age of 13. In the late 1990s, she launched her clothing line, Baby Phat, with her former husband, Russell Simmons. She recently relaunched the trendy brand.

The reality star also became a judge on “America’s Next Top Model” and appeared in the Style Network’s show “Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane.”
