What do you love most about the industry?

I love the endless possibilities to grow. There are various facets one can explore. It’s exciting!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I smell good and am extremely polished and knowledgeable about the industry, on both the residential real estate and lending sides.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Navigating through the various egos and hands in the pot.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

My best advice is taking my course (“The Secrets to an Overflow of Clients”) through the Lucrative Realtor, an educational platform for aspiring, new and seasoned agents. 

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Watching: Selling Sunset, Selling Tampa, Ladies Who List: Atlanta, Cobra Kai. Reading: The Seven Levels of Communication, 12 Rules for Life and Talking to Strangers

What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?

The infamous chicken wings and fried rice, LOL!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?

The High Museum of Art

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Weird people will contact my business line to hit on me. It’s weird and disturbing.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I am super-passionate about helping people, despite being an only child.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

My favorite vacation spots are Puerto Rico and Jamaica. Both are absolutely gorgeous, and I love the culture and the food!

What is your favorite city after Atlanta?

Honolulu

Prospect, stay determined, pray, pay taxes, save money and seek help.
