Leonardo DiCaprio, star of “Don’t Look Up,” has up and bought yet another piece of prime real estate.

The actor just purchased a posh pad in Beverly Hills for $9.9 million, the website Dirt reported.

Listed for $10.2 million in August, the home sold for a small discount on the original asking price, and the deal closed on Dec. 3.

Recently renovated, the “spectacular” remodel offers five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, across 5,000 square feet of living space.

The stylish pad includes white oak floors, a spiral staircase, and eye-catching light fixtures.

Step inside to a formal entryway with a spiral staircase. The entrance flows to a huge, open entertaining area that leads out to the pool.

On the opposite side of the home is a family room with built-in bookshelves painted a charcoal gray.

The eat-in kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, on-trend black-and-white chevron floors, and bar seating at the large island. Just adjacent, a casual dining area overlooks glass doors that open to a patio. The formal dining room adjoins a gold-toned bar.

Upstairs, the master suite sports a cathedral ceiling, spacious bathroom, and a lounge with a balcony that overlooks the pool.

The home is set on 0.27 acres, and the landscaping includes olive trees, a pool, and outdoor seating with a fire pit. In addition, the property comes with a detached guesthouse and a gated driveway.

The location was billed as being close to “world-class” dining and shopping.

The wolf of real estate

Despite starring in a new movie, DiCaprio, 47, has still found time to tinker with his impressive property portfolio.

The star of “The Departed” said goodbye to an oceanfront Malibu abode, which just sold in November for $10.3 million, slightly above his asking price of $10 million. Given that he purchased the place in 1998 for $1,600,010, he walked away with a huge upside.

However, he hasn’t cut ties with the area. The Los Angeles native reportedly snagged a $13.75 million oceanfront property in an off-market deal.

In May, he picked up a Spanish-style compound from the “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson for $7.1 million.

Then, in August, the producer tossed another home onto the market for $5.75 million. He purchased the place from Moby in 2018, for just under $5 million. Known as Red Oak Manor, the restored abode has since come down in price, to $5.5 million.

As for the Oscar winner, he’s collected many prized properties over the years, including an island in Belize, a Hollywood Hills compound, and two apartments in a Battery Park high-rise in Manhattan.

DiCaprio is known for such films as “Titanic,” “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “Django Unchained,” and “The Revenant.”

Randall Fred with Rodeo Realty represented the seller. Brett Lawyer with Hilton & Hyland represented the buyer.
