Tyra Banks, supermodel, businesswoman, and media personality, is sashaying away from one of her homes in Pacific Palisades, CA.

The modern build in the upscale neighborhood is now available for $7,895,000.

Banks has decided to pare down her extensive property portfolio, and the savvy real estate wheeler-dealer has picked a plum property to place on the market.

Purchased in 2018 for $6,995,000, the home won’t generate a huge profit for the host of “Dancing with the Stars,” but it will surely make a potential buyer “smize.”

Haute home

Built in 2014, the modern five-bedroom residence is designed to maximize mountain and ocean views from three levels, including a roof deck.

Inside, the 6,160-square-foot floor plan is awash in a palette of creams and light woods.

On the main level, pocket doors allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Luxe details include wide-plank hardwood floors, high ceilings, and hand-painted wall designs.

Banks has banked quite a number of “wow” houses. In February, she snagged a $4.7 million oceanfront retreat in Malibu.

Like many of her buys, her Malibu purchase looks like a prime opportunity for a makeover. This vacation pad from the 1980s with dated finishes is likely to receive the full Banks treatment and then be flipped.

She has also sold a smaller Pacific Palisades abode she bought in 2019. Purchased for $3 million, the home was sold for $3.2 million.

Banks has also held on to a swanky New York City condo that she picked up for $10.1 million in 2009, and remodeled at a cost of millions.

Located in Battery Park City, the two-floor, 7,000-square-foot spread is made up of four adjoining units. Although she tested the market in 2017 with a $17.5 million price tag, the mansion in the sky has since come off the market.

When not trading real estate, the Emmy winner has hosted “The Tyra Banks Show,” “America’s Next Top Model,” and “Dancing with the Stars.”
