Tyrese Gibson, one of the stars of “Transformers,” hopes to transform his Los Angeles home into a sale. The singer and actor has relisted his perk-packed property for $2,895,000, and the place comes complete with a replica Transformer.

The L.A. native’s longtime residence initially came on the market in April for $3.5 million.

But months later, and without an offer, the price has been slashed by 17%. Along with the new price, the property has a new listing agent: Jason Oppenheim with The Oppenheim Group, from the Netflix reality show “Selling Sunset.”

Even with the price drop, Gibson is likely to come out ahead. He purchased the place in 2011, for $1,385,000.

Blockbuster estate

After his purchase a decade ago, the “Fast and Furious” star added his personal touches to the Woodland Hills home. According to the listing details, it’s “a truly unrivaled offering,” and the 8,395-square-foot spread offers an array of amenities.

Gated and private, the Mediterranean-style estate offers a total of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across multiple structures. The main house measures 5,415 square feet, and additional backyard structures add another 2,980 square feet.

You enter into a grand foyer and formal living room, with soaring 25-foot ceilings and a wraparound staircase.

In the heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen offers top-of-the-line Viking appliances, a built-in breakfast bar, and custom cabinetry. That kitchen flows into a dining area and a family room.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite boasts its own fireplace, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a steam shower, soaking tub, and dual walk-in closets.

An additional four bedroom suites, a movie theater, and office complete the main home.

Transformed backyard

However, the real fun begins outside. Gibson’s large yard boasts a pool, outdoor fireplace with built-in seating, outdoor kitchen and bar, and an outdoor cinema.

The place also comes with interplanetary protection. A replica of the Bumblebee Transformer watches over the yard, and can be purchased with the home, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Other additions worthy of a movie star include an event space, recording studio, conference room, beauty salon, rooftop spa, and a hibachi grill with seating.

In addition, the property welcomes visitors with a gated circular driveway and attached, two-car garage.

At the now discounted price, the house and all its outdoor amenities are described in the listing as “the best deal in Woodland Hills.”

Gibson got his start as a recording artist. In 2015, his album “Black Rose” topped the Billboard chart. But he’s best known for his role as Roman in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, and as Epps in the “Transformers” movies.
